Just in season, fresh Mullet Yellow Roe & White Milt. Years ago i wanted nothing to do with this local delicacy considering their biological purpose. The Hutton's Diner gals provided me with these fresh fried specimens at no charge to share with my Tates Hell buddies back at the Beach House. Oddly, not too many takers that evening and i will probably not be repeating the culinary experience any time soon. Andrew Zimmer rated them a minus 3 out of 10 on a Gulf Coast trip a few years back, he is such a picky eater.
