Caney Creek, May 21-22, 2006
Some fishes caught on Caney Creek, Big Sandy Drainage, Kentucky, Knott County, Pippa Passes (Alice Lloyd College Campus). These appeared to be engaged in community spawning in a large (~ 1 meter) nest. The nest was dominated numerically by stonerollers. there were also a few southern redbelly dace, and others, including the largest fishes, creek chubs and striped shiners
